The brilliance of brass and the warmth of the human voice, in a concert of resonances and reflections. Renaissance masters Gabrieli and Schütz, a tantalising journey into eternity with John Tavener, new worlds of transcendent beauty from Australians Clare Maclean and Brooke Shelley, and from Swiss composer Frank Martin – one of the finest works ever written for double choir.

Winter Nights
The seductive beauty of French song: timeless ballads by cabaret legends Edith Piaf and Jacques Brel, irresistible flights of fantasy from Debussy and Ravel, while Poulenc reveals the dark secrets of a snowy night. Heather Percy’s Three Night Songs explore the mysterious beauties of day’s end, and Eric Whitacre’s Sleep carries us gently into the mysterious world of dreams.
